What are you waiting for?About the Team The Director, Business Strategy (Item Identification) is a member of our Store Automation and Innovation team and will be responsible for driving strategy across cross-functional teams to ensure we can deliver a seamless checkout experience.
This role will define the strategy, set the milestones, and track/report progress to senior leadership.
This role is based in Bentonville, Arkansas and will report to the Senior Director, Store Automation and Innovation.
What you'll do.
Define the business strategy to achieve a seamless checkout experience for all customers with the north star of no scanning, no lines, no hassle.
Collaborate with product, tech and design stakeholders to build the roadmap for this strategy and set milestones and KPIs.
Oversee the implementation of this roadmap and track progress to report impact, obstacles, and risks to senior leadership.
Evaluate new technology and potential partnerships to accelerate progress.
Identify opportunities to leverage the multi-signal capabilities we are building to improve processes throughout the store, in the backroom and across our supply chain.
